ORDER PROCESSING

Physical merchandise orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Processing times may vary during race weekends, travel periods, limited drops, or high-volume releases.

Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, QHM is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically via email or direct download upon successful payment.

If you do not receive your digital download, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

QHM is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
