DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, including downloadable photos, supporter editions, and media content, are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, once access has been delivered, the purchase is considered final.

If you experience technical issues receiving your digital product, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

SUPPORTER PURCHASES

Supporter edition purchases are considered voluntary support contributions tied to a digital product.

These purchases are non-refundable.

PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE (IF APPLICABLE)

Returns for physical merchandise may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

• Is unused
• Is in original condition
• Is returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will provide replacement instructions or issue a refund at our discretion.
